Garage Door Bottom Seal Astragal Solid Synthetic Rubber (EPDM) for up to 1 3/8" Thick Doors - Nail on type. Top 1" wide - Lip 7/8" wide.
Note: We recommend installing seal with the larger lip facing the inside of the garage. When the door lowers, it is less likely to bind on the door jam.
Bottom seal material will spread out slightly underneath garage door due to weight of door. This material has a coefficient friction close to one. We recommend lubricating the channel or seal edges with Dawn dish detergent. Oil products tend to stain the floor.
